Practical Information

If you have registered for the conference, you can now access the information for participants (here).

We aim to capitalize on three hours when most of the anticipated participants will be physically present despite time-zone differences (late afternoon in Switzerland, early morning in California). Two of these hours will consist of a plenary talk and two invited talks. The third hour will be dedicated to posters and informal interactions.

Outside of the overlapping hours, there will be one 2-hour long session on each theme, filled with six talks selected from abstracts. These sessions will be live on the same continent. All talks will be recorded, such that attendees from the other continent can later catch up.

On the last day, one of the three overlapping hours will be dedicated to a wrap-up discussion, where all speakers of that theme will form a panel, answer questions and discuss future directions for that theme.
